Core idea:
Entrepreneurship is problem-solving through win-win value exchange.

Why Zero to Venture Exists

You do not need another vague business idea.

You need to understand your value, the problem you are solving, who will exchange value for it, and how to turn that into a clear venture plan.

The Problem

Many people have skill, ideas, experience, or potential, but they cannot clearly turn it into a product, service, offer, pitch, or business model.

The Mistake

People often try to “start a business” before they understand the problem, product, customer, stakeholder, transaction, and value exchange.

The Shift

The business is not the starting point. The business is the delivery system that helps value move between the creator and the people who need it.

The Zero to Venture Approach

Zero to Venture uses the Treasure Canvas to help you move from self-value and WHY, into opportunity awareness, problem-solving, product clarity, stakeholder mapping, transaction logic, business modelling, pitching, and venture maintenance.

The aim is not only to create a business plan. The aim is to help you build a venture pathway that connects your value to a real problem, a real stakeholder, a real transaction, and a tangible treasure worth working toward.

The Framework

The Treasure Canvas: From WHY to Venture Maintenance

Zero to Venture guides you through 8 milestones that connect your story, value, opportunity, product, stakeholders, transactions, pitch, and next commercial action.

1. How I See the Path

Understand how you communicate, learn, process information, and prefer to be guided.

2. How I Create Value

Identify your natural value style and entrepreneur archetype across six value-creation patterns.

3. Story-to-Value Website Builder

Extract your WHY, value clues, first website identity, and venture direction from your story.

4. Opportunity & Treasure Anchor

Define the opportunity you notice and the tangible treasure that makes the journey worth pursuing.

5. Problem, Product & Stakeholder Map

Clarify the problem, solution, user, payer, decision-maker, influencer, partner, and funder.

6. Venture Model & Transaction Builder

Build the MVP, competitor awareness, viability check, pricing, revenue logic, and transaction path.

7. Market, Money & Pitch System

Create your market path, advertising message, money target, and pitch versions for key stakeholders.

8. Transaction & Venture Maintenance

Plan the first transaction, delivery, customer care, feedback, operations, repeat value, and next action.

The outcome is not just learning.

By the end of the pathway, you are working toward a Pitch-Ready Pack, a Venture Pitch System, and a clear next commercial action designed to move you closer to your tangible treasure.

You feel stuck

You may already have a business or side project, but the offer, audience, pitch, transaction, or next step is unclear.

You know you have value

You sense that your story, strengths, experience, or insight could help people, but you need a structure to turn that into a venture.

Questions Before You Join

A few honest answers before you sign up

Zero to Venture is designed to give you structure, guidance, and pitch-readiness. It is not a magic promise, and it is not a passive course.

What if I cannot afford the programme right now?

Zero to Venture is designed as a practical investment in becoming venture-ready. A business plan alone can cost several thousand rand, and pitch deck support or entrepreneurship training can cost significantly more.

This founding cohort gives you a guided 4-week pathway, LMS access, templates, live group sessions, private reviews, and a Pitch-Ready Pack for R4,950 once-off. If you are not ready to commit, start with the free Business Direction Check first. If you are serious about turning your skill, idea, or stuck business into a clearer venture, this programme is designed to give you structure, guidance, and momentum.

Does Zero to Venture guarantee income, funding, or investment?

No. Zero to Venture does not guarantee income, sales, customers, investment, funding, sponsorship, or business success. The programme helps you build clarity, structure, pitch readiness, and a stronger pathway toward real-world action. Results depend on venture viability, customer demand, execution, market conditions, stakeholder interest, and whether the people you pitch see value in the opportunity.

I already have a business. Is this still for me?

Yes. Zero to Venture is not only for brand-new ideas. It is also for people who already have a business but feel stuck, unclear, inconsistent, or unable to explain, package, pitch, sell, or grow it properly. The Treasure Canvas can help you revisit your problem, product, stakeholders, transaction logic, market path, pitch, and next commercial action.

What exactly will I have by the end?

You will work toward a Pitch-Ready Pack that includes your WHY and treasure summary, Story-to-Value Map, website identity section, problem and product statements, stakeholder and transaction maps, MVP and viability summary, venture model, market and money path, pitch system, transaction plan, and next commercial action.

How much personal support do I receive?

Build It With Guidance includes the full LMS pathway, group sessions, a 15-minute personal intro, two 45-minute private Venture Direction Reviews, templates, structured submission points, and Pitch Review Circle access once your Pitch-Ready Pack and pitch recordings are ready.

Is this practical or just theory?

It is practical. Every milestone produces an output. You are not only learning concepts. You are building a venture plan, pitch system, stakeholder map, transaction logic, website identity foundation, money pathway, execution playbook, and next action.
